ABOUT JEANNÉ GIDDENS

My Background and Introduction
I am a retired therapist and life coach. I am providing this website, my knowledge and expertise as a resource to help guide you on your journey.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and then a Masters of Education and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) in Marriage and Family Therapy in 1996. I worked in private mental health counseling until 2006, where I transitioned to a Life Coaching practice. It was through Life Coaching that I discovered my own passions: for radio, voiceover and music. I continue to maintain my professional counseling license, along with continuing my pursuit of a myriad of ongoing aspirations.

My philosophy has been and continues to be that you can be anything you want – you just need to be willing to let go of any limiting thoughts.
